ICON Equipment Solutions Philippines, Inc. is a company built on opportunity, excellence, and strategic growth. Established in 2013, ICON began as an extension of its parent company, Concrete Masters, laying a solid foundation rooted in industry expertise and operational integrity.

That foundation quickly evolved into a defining milestone when ICON forged an exclusive partnership with J.C. Bamford Excavators, becoming the sole distributor of JCB products in the Philippine market. This collaboration positioned ICON at the forefront of heavy equipment solutions nationwide.

Today, ICON Equipment Solutions Philippines, Inc. stands as one of the country’s most diverse and comprehensive equipment distributors, offering end-to-end solutions powered by world-class global partners. As of 2025, ICON continues to expand its national footprint, operating five offices and two strategic yards across the Philippines—reinforcing its commitment to service accessibility, operational excellence, and long-term industry leadership.

The ideology behind it is that by providing excellence in terms of the equipment’s quality, performance and after-sales alike. Because only in excellence can they find opportunity, and in opportunity can they find the success they are desiring for in their line of work. Growth

The Growth Department comprises a highly-trained and capable Sales force and the bulk of the entire department itself. It is supported by its own fulfillment team with oversees deliveries and turnovers and a Marketing Team which strategizes approaches into different channels to maximize the reach of the company.

Operations

The Operations Department provides its highly-skilled technicians and efficient aftersales services. They are deployed in our key offices in the country with two majoy hubs in Manila and Davao. This allows them to respond to any request in a moment’s notice. Besides the After-Sales Team, they are supported by a Technical Training Team which provides in-depth classes for operators and owners alike, and Parts Team which manages the inventory and availability of essential parts of a vehicle or equipment.
